WAiFF London is the United Kingdom edition of the World AI Film Festival, the international AI film movement founded in France, with editions now running from Tokyo to São Paulo to Seoul, all of them converging on the Palais des Festivals at Cannes.

We are not staging a referendum on AI versus tradition. Nobody has the final answer on what this filmmaking becomes; anyone telling you they do is selling something.

What we do know is this: the people making the work should be the ones deciding how the tools get used, not the platforms building them and not the people refusing to look at them.

London gets one night. Bloomsbury. The road to Cannes runs straight through it.
